What Is Brow Lamination?

Brow lamination is a professional treatment that restructures and sets the natural brow hairs into a fuller, more uniform shape. This service smooths and lifts the brow hairs to create a brushed up, defined appearance using your existing hair. It is ideal for clients with gaps, thinning areas, or brows that grow in different directions.

The result is a polished, fuller looking brow without the need for daily styling. We proudly serve clients in St Louis, Chesterfield, St Charles, and surrounding areas of Missouri.

Before and after brow lamination results showing lifted, smoother, and more defined brows at Inked Beauty Bar.

Brow lamination works by applying a gentle setting solution that softens the hair structure, allowing the brows to be shaped into a lifted position.

Once styled, a neutralizing solution is applied to set the hairs in place. The entire process typically takes less than one hour. Results appear immediately after the appointment.

Brow lamination can be repeated every eight weeks. This allows time for the natural brow hair cycle to complete before the next treatment.

Your provider can recommend a maintenance schedule based on your hair growth pattern.

It is recommended to keep your brows dry for the first 24 hours after treatment. Avoid excessive moisture, steam, or sweating during this time to allow the setting solution to fully stabilize.

After 24 hours, you may resume normal activities.

Results typically last between six and eight weeks. Longevity depends on your hair growth cycle and aftercare.

Proper maintenance helps extend results.

Brow lamination reshapes and sets your natural brow hairs. It does not add pigment or create hair strokes.

Microblading is a cosmetic tattoo that deposits pigment into the skin to create hair like strokes. Brow lamination is non invasive and temporary, while microblading provides longer lasting results.
